How do I place my order?
Placing your order on Fabellene is simple.
Select the product of your choice and click on “Buy It Now” to proceed directly to checkout, or click on “Add to Cart” if you wish to continue shopping.
Once you are ready, click on “Checkout”, fill in your shipping and contact details, complete the payment process, and your order will be successfully placed.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?
To ensure smooth delivery and avoid fake orders, Fabellene has introduced OTP verification for all COD orders.
After entering your shipping address and mobile number, select “Standard Shipping COD” as your shipping method and proceed to payment. The Cash on Delivery option will automatically be selected. If you choose a prepaid option instead, you may receive a one-time discount on your order.
Click “Complete Order.” A 4-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP when prompted and click “Verify OTP.” Once verified, your COD order will be confirmed.
Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Yes. Simply add all the products you wish to purchase to your cart and complete checkout. Ordering multiple products together helps you save on additional shipping and COD charges.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order details.
Can I order a product that is out of stock?
Products marked as “Out of Stock” are currently unavailable. However, you may contact us to be notified once the product is restocked.
Why was my payment rejected?
Payment failures may occur due to insufficient balance, incorrect card details, expired cards, or mismatched billing information.
Please ensure that sufficient funds are available, your card or banking details are correct, and your name and billing address match your registered bank information. If issues persist, please contact your bank for further assistance.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can modify your cart before placing your order. Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, changes cannot be made.
If you need to request a cancellation shortly after placing your order, please email support@fabellene.com immediately. Please note that successful cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
What payment methods do you offer?
For Indian orders, we accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and other secure online payment options.
For international orders, payments can be made via Credit Card and supported international payment gateways.
Is GST included in the product price?
Yes. All prices displayed on the Fabellene website are inclusive of GST.

How safe is it to use my debit or credit card?
Fabellene uses secure and trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree to process online payments. These platforms use advanced encryption and 3D secure authentication for added protection.
You may be redirected to your bank’s secure page to complete authentication using your Verified by Visa or Secure Code password. Your financial details are never stored by Fabellene.
What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. COD payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only. Cheques and demand drafts are not accepted.
Due to courier limitations, COD may not be available for all pin codes.
Is COD available across all locations in India?
COD service depends on courier availability in your area. During checkout, you can verify if COD is available for your pin code.
An additional COD handling charge may apply. COD is not available for orders above the specified limit displayed during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Fabellene partners with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details. You may use this number to track your shipment in real time.
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
For India, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take 10–12 business days.
For international orders, delivery generally takes 10–15 business days depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.
All packages must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a trusted individual to receive the package on your behalf. Fabellene is not responsible for packages signed by an alternative recipient.
How are items packed?
Each product is carefully wrapped and placed inside a sturdy shipping carton. Fragile items such as bottles receive additional protective packaging. We aim to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
Returns, Cancellation & Exchanges
Fabellene strongly believes in product quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed eligibility criteria.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation and refund requests cannot be guaranteed.
For delivered orders, returns are only accepted if they meet the eligibility conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within the specified time frame mentioned in our Returns Policy, along with required proof such as an unboxing video.
