Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

At Fabellene, we are committed to delivering your skincare essentials safely and efficiently. Please review the details below to understand our processing timelines, shipping charges, and return guidelines.

Processing & Delivery Timelines (India)

Prepaid orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched within 3 business days, as we conduct a quick verification before shipping.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities typically receive orders within 3–7 business days.
Remote towns and villages may require 10–12 business days depending on logistics accessibility.

International Shipping

International orders are processed within 3 business days.

Delivery timelines generally range between 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Customs duties, local taxes, or import charges may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges must be borne by the customer.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Since our courier partners require confirmation upon delivery, someone must be available to receive and sign for the package. If you are unavailable, you may assign a trusted family member, friend, or neighbour to accept the parcel on your behalf.

Shipping Charges

Within India, shipping charges are structured as follows:

For prepaid orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
For prepaid orders of ₹999 and above, shipping is free.

For Cash on Delivery orders below ₹799, a charge of ₹50 applies.
Cash on Delivery is not available for orders above ₹999.

For international orders, shipping charges vary based on destination and package weight. Any local duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Replacements

At Fabellene, we prioritize safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

Due to the nature of skincare products, items cannot be returned once delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video clearly showing the package condition and product damage is mandatory for verification.

If the claim is verified, we will process either a replacement or a full/partial refund based on eligibility. Once approved, replacements are typically delivered within 4–7 business days.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video or beyond the 24-hour window will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Damages resulting from improper handling, misuse, or negligence after delivery will not be covered.

To initiate a request, please email us at support@fabellene.com with your order ID and unboxing video proof. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

If cancellation is requested after 2 hours but before dispatch, a 30% deduction will apply for prepaid orders.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible.
