Returns & Replacements
At Fabellene, we prioritize safety, hygiene, and product integrity.
Due to the nature of skincare products, items cannot be returned once delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video clearly showing the package condition and product damage is mandatory for verification.
If the claim is verified, we will process either a replacement or a full/partial refund based on eligibility. Once approved, replacements are typically delivered within 4–7 business days.
Requests submitted without an unboxing video or beyond the 24-hour window will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Damages resulting from improper handling, misuse, or negligence after delivery will not be covered.
To initiate a request, please email us at support@fabellene.com with your order ID and unboxing video proof. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. If cancellation is requested after 2 hours but before dispatch, a 30% deduction will apply for prepaid orders. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible.
